Important Considerations:

• Consultation Sessions: Our consultations provide personalized advice and strategies tailored to your specific student loan situation. Once the session has been conducted and information has been shared, the value of the service has been provided, and a refund is not possible.

• Digital Products and Resources: Any digital products or resources provided as part of our services are considered immediately accessible upon purchase. Therefore, they are also non-refundable.

Exceptions:

While we generally do not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may consider a refund in the event of a significant technical issue or error on our part that prevented you from receiving the service as advertised.
